Cream cheese key lime pie

  • Servings: 6 to 8
  • 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Optional; frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, beat condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice; blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla; pour into pie crust.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Top with whipped topping if desired.
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
