Cream Cheese Ball
  • 3 pkgs. 8ozs.
  • 1 lb. Deli corned beef
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 dash worchester sauce
  • 1 Tb. Accent
  1. Divide corn beef in half.
  2. Chopped separately scallions and corn beef.
  3. In a mixing bowl,mix cream cheese,half of the corn beef,scallions,worchester sauce and accent. Mix well,form mixture into ball,place ball into refrigerator for approx. 2 hours(this will allow the cheese ball to get firm)
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and roll cheese ball into the remaining corn beef.
  5. Refrigerate
  6. I serve this with crackers or pumpernickel bread torn into pieces.
