Cranberry Chutney
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 large apple chopped
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and 4 tablespoons water.
  2. Cook over medium high heat for 15 - 20 minutes until cranberries pop.
  3. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and keep refrigerated.
  4. Yield s 4 cups.
  5. Easy and delicious!!!
