Cranberry Chutney

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 large apple chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar and 4 tablespoons water.
- Cook over medium high heat for 15 - 20 minutes until cranberries pop.
- Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and keep refrigerated.
- Yield s 4 cups.
- Easy and delicious!!!
