Country Chicken Supper
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast cut up into small pieces
- 1cup uncooked minute rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 can french cut green beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced potatoes or a few potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 can carrots
- chedder cheese
- garlic, onion powder (or onion), salt and pepper
- a lil bit of oil
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a pan, put chicken in and sautee for a few mins or until cooked thru.
- Add tomatoes, potatoes, greenbeans, and carrots. mix thru and then add water and rice.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder to taste.
- Turn back to low-med let simmer for about 20 mins or until potatoes are soft enough to you liking. spread shredded cheese over top before serving.
