Cornbread Casserole

  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 to 2 cups of grated cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour into pan and cover with foil.
  3. Cook 40 min. to 1 hour in 400 degree oven.
  4. Uncover and top with cheese (amount to your liking).
  5. Cook again until cheese is melted.
  6. Note: If you want thew cheese to be a little brown on top kick on the broiler and brown to your liking.
