Corn Pudding

- 2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 can Cream Corn
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Heavy Cream instead of milk in the Jiffy instructions
- 1 jalapeno de-seeded and chopped; fresh or jarred (optional)
- 1 stick real butter melted
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients well and pour into a baking dish. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes, will be soft in the middle like pudding.
- • For a dessert version, instead of jalapeno, use ¼ tsp each; cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
