Corn N Mac Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 60 minutes
- Servings: 6
- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- Casserole dish
- Casserole dish lid or foil
- 1 Stick of unsalted butter
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (undrained)
- 4oz Velveeta Cheese
- 1 Cup Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
- Optional: Black Pepper, Paprika, dried Parsley leaves for presentation after its cooked.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees
- Melt butter stick in the microwave
- Add macaroni, corn, and diced Velveeta. Mix well.
- Bake covered for 30minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir, and bake for 30minutes longer uncovered or until cheese is golden.
- After removing, sprinkle optional garnish for presentation.
- Serve hot.
