Corn N Mac Casserole

  • Casserole dish lid or foil
  • 1 Stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (undrained)
  • 4oz Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
  • Optional: Black Pepper, Paprika, dried Parsley leaves for presentation after its cooked.
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  2. Melt butter stick in the microwave
  3. Add macaroni, corn, and diced Velveeta. Mix well.
  4. Bake covered for 30minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, stir, and bake for 30minutes longer uncovered or until cheese is golden.
  6. After removing, sprinkle optional garnish for presentation.
  7. Serve hot.
This is very good. It tastes sweeter then it sounds too. I've been making it for years and everytime I make it, it's the highlight of whatever event we're at. Super Easy to make. :) Enjoy
