Cookie Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 cans very cherry fruit cocktail
  • 1 can mandarine oranges
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkg. fudge striped cookies
  • 1 sm. tub cool whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain fruit well.
  2. Reserve 5 of the cherries.
  3. Combine buttermilk and pudding, stir in fruit.
  4. Break up 10 cookies and fold in to fruit.
  5. Fold in cool whip.
  6. Smooth top, place 5 cookies on top and put the reserved cherries in the center of each cookie. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
