Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix
  • 2 cups powdered milk powder
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  1. Wisk all ingredients until blended. Store mix in an airtight container.
  2. To prepare as a substitute for one can of condensed soup in recipes, stir together 1/3 cup dry mix,1-1/4 cup water and in a saucepan. Saute 1 small can finely diced mushrooms in 1 Tbsp olive oil and add to soup when tender.
