Cole Slaw
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small-medium head of cabbage, shredded or chopped
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1/8 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/8 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 C. mayonaise
  • 1/2 C. white vinegar
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over cabbage mixture. Chill, covered, in refrigerator until ready to serve.
