Cold Grape Salad
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
  • 4 lbs. Red Seedless Grapes
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  1. Wash and dry Grapes.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold grapes into cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the following as a layer on top of the grape salad.
  5. Brown Sugar - according to taste.
  6. Pecans.
  7. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
