INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ C brown sugar
  • ¼ C chopped nuts
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ C bisquick
  • ¼ C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C sour cream
  • 1/3 C milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350’
  2. Grease muffin cups
  3. Small bowl - mix first 4 ingredients
  4. Large bowl - Bisquick and sugar
  5. Medium bowl - combine last 3
  6. Add Med. Bowl to Large bowl and stir till just moistened.
  7. Using 1/2 of the batter, fill muffin cups about 1/3 full
  8. Using 1/2 nut mix, top each muffin
  9. Use the rest of batter to fill muffin cups
  10. Use the rest of nut mix to top each muffin
  11. Bake 25 minutes
