Cocoa Fudge

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 C. Cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 C. Butter
- 3 C. Sugar
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and milk; bring to a bubbly boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce to medium heat; boil without stirring to a soft ball.
- Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
- Do not stir.
- Allow fudge to cool to room temperature.
- Beat until thickens.
- VARIATION: 4 or 5 Tbs. peanut butter may be added if you like peanut butter fudge.
