Cinnamon Peaches
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered
- Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered

- DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Prepare shallow baking dish (I used a pie pan)
- Halve peaches, and using a melon baller or spoon remove red fleshy part of peaches.
- Fill each peach with 1/8 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and top with several dashes of cinnamon.
- Bake 15 minutes until peaches are warm and sugar melted.
- Serve warm.
