Cilantro Sun-dried tomato Hummus
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: No Cooking
  • Servings: 3 cups
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 can chickpeas ( drained and rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon of mined garlic
  • 1/2 lemon ( juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt + more to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients except the Olive Oil to a food processor or a heavy duty blender. As the ingredients are blending, slowly add Olive Oil until everything is smooth and combined. Taste and season with more salt if needed.
