Cilantro Mustard Sauce Recipe

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1. Place the sugar and cilantro in a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and process for 1 minute.
- 2. Add the mustard, lemon juice and vinegar and process until smooth.
