Chocolate Top Custard Topping
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 square melted unsweet chocolate
  1. Beat the egg whites and a dash of salt until frothy.
  2. Beat in the powdered sugar a little at a time until stiff peaks form
  3. Fold in the melted chocolate
  4. Drop in peaks on top of the custard
  5. Chill
