Chocolate Stuffed Crescent Rolls
  • 2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 1 (4-count) pkg refridgerated Crescent rolls
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  1. Cut the chocolate into four pieces about 3" long.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and seperate. Place 1 piece of chocolate at the wide end of each piece of dough and roll into a crescent shape.
  3. Place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Mix egg yolk, milk and sugar in a small bowl. Brush on the rolls and bake according to package directions.
  5. Let cool for 15 mins.
