Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 graham cracker crust (home made or store bought, whatever floats your boat)
- 2 heaping spoonfuls creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup peanut butter cup ice cream
- 1 12 oz. container frozen whipped cream, slightly thawed.
- 2 large or 5-6 small peanut butter cups, crumbled
- chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Spoon ice cream into graham cracker crust & place in freezer.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir peanut butter into frozen whipped cream. Mix until smooth. Pour in desired amount of chocolate syrup (2 tbsp to 1/8 cup) and mix well.
- Pour cold whipped cream mixture into crust from the freezer. Garnish with crumbled peanut butter cups and place back in freezer until frozen enough to cut with a knife (approx. 1hr).
