Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie
  • 1 graham cracker crust (home made or store bought, whatever floats your boat)
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter cup ice cream
  • 1 12 oz. container frozen whipped cream, slightly thawed.
  • 2 large or 5-6 small peanut butter cups, crumbled
  • chocolate syrup
  1. Spoon ice cream into graham cracker crust & place in freezer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir peanut butter into frozen whipped cream. Mix until smooth. Pour in desired amount of chocolate syrup (2 tbsp to 1/8 cup) and mix well.
  3. Pour cold whipped cream mixture into crust from the freezer. Garnish with crumbled peanut butter cups and place back in freezer until frozen enough to cut with a knife (approx. 1hr).
