Chocolate Kahlua Bundt Cake
  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 9 ounces instant chocolate pudding
  • mix
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. Kahlua
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat with mixer 2 minutes on high. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on your oven. (Keep an eye on the cake the first time!) Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
This recipe seems a little "Semi-Homemade" (although it is NOT a Sandra Lee recipe), but trust me - this cake tastes amazing!
