Chipotle Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • 6 Ears of Fresh Corn on the Cob--shucked
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine--softened
  • 6 teaspoons Tabasco brand CHIPOTLE pepper sauce
  • Salt to taste
  1. Heat grill on high. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and spread with 1 tablespoon of soft margarine, sprinkle each with 1 tsp. of Chipotle sauce, salt to taste. Close packets securely and place on grill. Cook for 18 minutes, turning packets over half way through grilling.
