Chili-rubbed Salmon

  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine the spices. Pat spice mix on the fish. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes per side.
