Chicken with Parmesan-Tomato Salsa Phases 1-3

- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- COMBINE tomatoes, onions, vinegar and cheese; set aside.
- COOK chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. on each side or until cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- SERVE topped with the tomato mixture.
