Chicken with Cream Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 3 chicken breasts, trimmed and kept whole or cut into strips or chunks
- 1 can chicken broth, separated
- 4-8 cloves garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tbs flour
- 2 tsp white wine
- 4 oz cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Sautee garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until garlic is soft but not browned.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Sautee until brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
- Combine white wine and flour and add to pan, stirring to removed brown bits from bottom of pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and replace chicken and simmer 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan. Add in cream cheese, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Adjust seasoning as needed. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve
