Chicken Spaghetti

  • Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes
  • 1 package of spaghetti, Angel Hair, or fettuccini
  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 block Velveeta
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can rotel or diced tomatoes
  • 1/2- 8 oz container sour cream
  1. Prepare chicken, if frozen give time to unthaw. When chicken is thawed, cut into either strips or cubed. Start by boiling water for pasta. Next get a frying pan or skillet to cook the chicken thighs. Cut up the Velveeta into cubes, open cream cheese ,rotel or diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Put into a dutch oven type pot, turn stove on to medium, if needed add milk or water. When water is at a rolling boil, add pasta and cook as instructed on package. When pasta is done cooking, drain and rinse. When sauce, pasta and chicken are all cooked, combine and enjoy.
This recipe to me is a good meal because for one of my love of pasta and I absolutely love to cook and try new things
