Chicken Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pkg. of Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margerine
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken and cut in small pieces.
- Place chicken in 9' x 9' casserole dish.
- Mix Cream of Chicken Soup, sour cream and chicken broth; heat mixture.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and pour melted margarine on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
