Chicken Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 pkg. of Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margerine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook chicken and cut in small pieces.
  2. Place chicken in 9' x 9' casserole dish.
  3. Mix Cream of Chicken Soup, sour cream and chicken broth; heat mixture.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and pour melted margarine on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
