Chicken Parmesan Casserole

  • 8 cups (3 lbs) of fully cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 jars (56 ounces) of marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  1. Layer the chicken in the bottom. Dump the marinara sauce and mix with the chicken. Next, top with cheese until chicken is covered.
  2. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top.
  3. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden on the top and bubbling on the sides.
