Chicken Fingers

- Chicken breasts - 2 lbs.
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- Dipping sauce:
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons dried dill
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine seasonings for chicken.
- Roll chicken in seasonings and fry in oil until done.
- Combine dipping sauce seasonings.
