Chicken Chili Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz half and half
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1[4 oz can] chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 lb pkg feozen cubed hash browns
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken meat
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese divided
DIRECTIONS
- Mix sour cream,half and half,onion,chilies salt and pepper
- Stir in potatoes,chicken and 2 cups of the cheese
- Pour into pammed 9x13" baking dish
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 min
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving
