Chicken Broccoli Divan
  • 4 cups cooked broccoli flowerets
  • 1½ cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 10¾-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 TBS dry bread crumbs
  • 1 TBS butter or margarine, melted
  1. Place broccoli and chicken in 9” pie plate or 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix soup and milk and pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until hot. Serves 4. (Goes well served with rice simmered in chicken broth and fresh garden salad.)
You can substitute leftover turkey for the chicken, too!
