Chicken Alfredo With Sun Dried Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Skinless Boneless chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmasen cheese
- Sprinkle with some garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 jar Classic Alfredo sauce
- 2-4 Tlb. Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
- 1/2 Onion or more, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup or more, Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cut chicken breast in half. Mix bread crumbs and Parmasen cheese, and garlic powder. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then coat with bread mixture. Place in oblong baking dish.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
- Take out and pour jar of Alfredo sauce over chicken, top with onions and sun dried tomatoes, sprinkle cheese over all, and bake for 10 more minutes
