Chicken/Pork Adobo

  • 1lb Chicken party wings
  • 1lb Pork Chuck Cubed
  • 1 Cup. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 3-5 Bay Leaves
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sear all Meat in a pot with garlic
  2. Add in vinegar and soy sauce and bring to boil.
  3. Add Salt & Pepper to taste
  4. Add in 1 tsp of lemon juice
  5. Add bay leaves
  6. Reduce to low and cover for at least 30 minutes -2 hours.
  7. Note the longer the slow cook the more tender the meat.
  8. Serve with rice.
