Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
  • 4 pounds potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 T butter cubed
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 8 oz bottle ranch dressing
  1. Lightly grease a 9X13 pan. Place the poatoes in the baking dish. Season with chili poder, salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the butter over the potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hr at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and pour the ranch dressing over the potatoes, topping with the cheese. Cook 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
