Cheeseball
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: Refrigerator time 2 hr.
  • Servings: 10-12
  • Preparation Time: 10 min
  • 3-8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1tsp accent
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • Pecan or other nuts to roll in
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soften cream cheese. Combine all ingredients except for pecans. Roll in ball, wrap in saran. Chill. Remove after chilled and roll in chopped pecans or nuts. Serve with crackers of choice.
