Cheese Balls
  • 1 C grated cheese
  • 1/2 C - 2/3 C flour (or wheat germ)
  • 2 TB oil (opt)
  • water or milk
  1. Mix all, adding enough water or milk to make a good consistency. (I do not remember how much I add)
  2. Roll the dough into balls, they should be about 1" or 1 1/2" in diameter.
  3. If the dough is sticking to my hand, I would use some water to moisten them
  4. Place on greased baking sheet, about 1" apart, cook a in preheated 350 F oven for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Variation: replace some of the flour with ground nuts
