Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 15
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg. lite Cream Cheese (room temp.)
  • 2 t. Lemon Juice
  • 2 T. Mayonaise
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • 3 small pkg. Chipped Beef
  • 1 small can (4 1/4 ounce) Black Olives (use 1/2 can)
  • 3 Green Onions
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend together first 4 ingrediants in medium bowl.
  2. Chop fine, beef, olives, and onions. Mix all ingrediants together.
  3. Put in round bowl & refrigerate overnight.
  4. Dump onto tray or plate and serve with crackers around cheese ball.
