DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a bowl, add the milk, water, tea leaves, and sugar.
- 2. Let it boil on high heat.
- 3. Once the mixture it boiled, lower the heat and it let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Strain the mixture and serve hot.
