Carl’s Cauliflower Alfredo
  • Cauliflower
  • 3 T butter
  • 1-½ C cream
  • 1 C grated cheese (Parmesan or other mild cheese)
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Prepare the cauliflower and steam it.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  3. Slowly stir in the cream.
  4. When the sauce is smooth, reduce heat.
  5. Stir in the cheese.
  6. Season the sauce with pepper.
  7. Serve with the cauliflower as soon as the sauce is ready.
Yields about 2 cups sauce. Kosher (dairy).
