Caramel Pecan Mini Muffins in a Jar

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • Layer ingredients in a pint sized canning jar.
  • Attach the following recipe:
  • Caramel Pecan Mini Muffins
  • 1 jar Mix
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 beaten eggs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 18 mini-muffin cups. In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl beat the butter and eggs together until smooth, stir into the dry ingredients just until combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Cups should be about 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 18 mini muffins.
