Campbell's® Lemon Broccoli Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
- CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.
- HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
