Campbell's® Lemon Broccoli Chicken
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  1. CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.
  2. HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
