Cabbage Skillet Salad

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 Cup vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 4 Cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and crumble. Add vinegar, salt, sugar and onion to bacon fat. Add bacon and heat thoroughly. Take from stove and toss cabbage and parsley in hot dressing.
