  • 100 gr oats
  • 100 gr brazil nuts or cashews
  • 40 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 30 gr honey
  • 50 gr pitted dates (soaked in water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 gr coconut butter
  • juice and zest from 1 orange
  • cocoa for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soak the oats in the orange juice.
  2. Leave it for a while.
  3. After that,combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend well.
  4. Form a balls from the mixture and dip them into the cocoa powder.
  5. Leave the ready balls in the fridge for about an hour.
  6. Serve and enjoy these yummy ,sweet truffles!
