CHICKEN ON A STICK
INGREDIENTS
  • wooden or metal skewers
  • 2 Chicken thighs per person boneless skinless and cut in bite size pieces
  • Kraft shake and bake any flavor or kraft stove top stuffing any flavor (ground in food processor to breading consistency) or seasoned bread crumbs or panko
  • Flour
  • salt pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley flakes Opt: 2 finger pinch of Sage, a lil cayenne powder, lawry's seasoned salt or dash of paprika
  • Egg yolks (give whites to the animals) use enough egg yolks to coat all the chicken
  • Opt: splash of soy sauce, hot sauce or worcester sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Stir dry spices into flour in bowl big enough to dip chicken in
  2. Stir any liquid spice you have if any into egg yolks and mix well (in separate bowl from flour mix)
  3. Get another bowl big enough to dip chicken in and put in your breading (Kraft shake and bake any flavor or kraft stove top stuffing any flavor (ground in food processor to breading consistency) or seasoned bread crumbs or panko )
  4. Grease a baking sheet
  5. Set up in assembly line fashion so kids can help put chicken pieces on the sticks 1st then put line in this order chicken, coat in flour mix, dip in egg dip, coat with breading, then put onto greased baking dish
  6. Bake at 325 F - 350F
  7. Occasionally flip chicken over to brown on all sides
