Butterscotch Disappearing Brownies

  • Cooking Time: 20 to 25
  • 1/2cup butterscotch pieces
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup oleo (butter)
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup nuts or chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butterscotch chips and butter in pan.
  2. Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
  3. Add flour, sugar, egg, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips till combined. Spread into 9 in square pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Don’t overbake.
  8. Center will be jiggly but will become firm.
