  • 3 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 celery finely chopped
  • 2 cup chopped carrots
  • 2/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix together the chicken, celery, carrots, and wing sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the Buffalo chicken for 1 hour or until 180 internal temp is reached
  4. slice chicken into cubes
  5. take 1 flour tortillas and place chicken lettuce and cheese wrap end enjoy
