Brussel Sprouts Au Gratin

INGREDIENTS
- 1 T Butter
- 2/3 C Heavy Cream
- 2/3 Milk
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced while raw
- 2 T grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350, use butter to coat dish
- Blend butter, cream, milk, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Layer sprouts with mixture 3-4 layers (may need to make extra sauce)
- Top with parmesan cheese
- Cover and bake for one hour
