Browned butter glaze
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 2 cups 10x sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2-4 Tb. hot water
  1. Heat 1/3 cup of butter til golden brown (do not scorch). Cool slightly and beat in 2 cups 10x and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat in 2-4 Tb. hot water til smooth & of glazing consistency. Drizzle cooled cookies with stripes of glaze and allow to fully set-up before packing in airtight containers.
