Broccoli Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: Refrigerator time up to 2 hr.
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 10 - 20 minutes depending on whether you use pre-made bacon bits or cook your own.
  • 1 bunch of broccoli (heads only, chopped)
  • ½ c chopped purple onion
  • 8 oz sunflower seeds
  • 8 oz raisins
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked/crumbled
  • Mix well.
  • Dressing:
  • 8 oz real mayonnaise
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 TBSP vinegar
  • Mix well and add into salad.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix salad and dressing separately and combine when ready to serve.
