Broccoli Casserole
  • 2 pkgs chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 pound velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 box ritz crackers
  1. Cook broccoli in unsalted water until tender. Drain well. Dissolve 1/2 stick oleo and cheese in hot broccoli (stir with rubber spatula) Add 1 stick melted oleo to cracker crumbs. Layer crumbs and broccoli in baking dish. (crumbs, broccoli, crumbs, broccoli, crumbs) Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until crumbs are brown.
