Breakfast Bake
INGREDIENTS
- eggs
- milk
- hash browns
- shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped sweet onion
- crumbled bacon
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk.
- Add hash browns, cheese, onion, bacon, salt, and chili seasoning.
- pour into and 8-in. sq. baking dish, greased. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
- sprinkle with cheese, crumbled bacon and green onions.
